DO NOT OPERATE W/FAILURES
1. Chalk Wheels
2. With system at full pressure.
3. Release hand brake valve
4. Drain one of the two 40 L tanks/check air gauge
5. Drain remaining reservoirs in proper order
6. Apply Hand valve
7. Start Engine
8. Low warning system activates, lights, buzzer
9. At 5.5 bar low warning de-activates
10. Start timing, from 5.5 bar to 7.1 bars (2 mins)
11. 7.1 bar release hand valve
12. At 8.1 bars, regulator cuts out, dryer purge
13. Fan down brakes
14. At 7.3 - 7.1 bars, regulator begins loading stage
15. 5.5 bars, low warning devices activate
16. Rebuild air supply to maximum (8.1 bar)
17. Shut engine off
18. Walk around vehicle, listen for any air leaks
19. Pressure should not to drop more than 0.2 bar
20. Make full brake application, pressure should not drop more than 0.5 bar
21. Hold application for 1 min, pressure should not drop more than 0.2 bar
22. Brake verification,
23. Apply hand brake, rebuild air pressure to maximum
24. Remove wheel chalks
25. Engage 2nd gear, attempt to move vehicle, brakes should hold to 900-1000 RPM
26. Release accelerator, cover service brake, release hand brake, move the vehicle forward, test service brake response.
